How duplicates are spotted

When someone already on file applies or is uploaded again.

A new CV or application is linked to the person already on file when it has the same email address, the same LinkedIn profile, or the same name and the same phone number. Their profile then lists every role they've been put forward for, and the talent pool shows them once.

A name alone, or a phone number alone, is never treated as a match, because different people share them.
