Text PDFs and Word files (.docx and the older .doc) are read directly. Scanned PDFs and photos of a printed CV (JPG, PNG or WebP) are read by AI, so take photos in good light with the whole page in view.
CVs in other languages are fine: the details are picked out in English so they can be matched against your job, and names of people, employers and colleges are kept as written.
Files can be up to 10 MB.
