- Open Client shortlists and choose a shortlist (or make one from candidates' profiles).
- Create a share link, optionally for a named person and with the scores hidden.
- Send the link. Their answers - interview, maybe or not for us - come back to the shortlist and notify you.
Profiles sent to clients never include the candidate's contact details. You can anonymise them too.
